Programs

We serve those who are facing homelessness, re-entering society from prison, battling addiction, or just trying to get back on their feet by: career coaching, resume writing, job searching, a fresh suit, and a bus pass. We love to help vocationally, but the real impact comes from the conversations in between. Some people don't know their own value and that's where we come in to help them see.

We fill our fuel packs with snacks and resources from local organizations then pass them out in the community to people who are in need. The theory behind this is that the snacks in the bag will provide them with enough energy to go out and take the next step!

Step Up is our curriculum that helps participants not only gain employment, but retain it. The course focuses on leadership, character, goal setting, budgeting, and much more. After all the material is completed we throw a graduation to celebrate! Each graduate receives a portfolio including their new resume, letter of recommendation, certificate of completion, a bike, and of course, a suit.
